Janet Skipper Janet

Assistant Training Director

I grew up in West Orange County and graduated West Orange High School 1977.  I was selected for the Central Florida Electrical Apprenticeship in 1981.  My first job was Orlando International Airport for Johnson Control.  I passed my Journeyman Exam while in 2nd year of apprenticeship.  I graduated the Apprenticeship program in 1985 as the 3rd IBEWwoman Journeyman in LU #606.  In 1986 was a great year. First, I passed my Electrical Contractors State Exam. Second, I got married to my high school sweetheart Gary Skipper. Gary and I have two children Taylor and Ethan.   In 1989 Jim Sullivan asked me to come work for him as the Assistant Training Director.  I have been here ever since.  I know what a great opportunity it is to have gone through the apprenticeship and to have worked with the highest quality journeymen electrician.  I always want to share this opportunity with others.

Juan Santos is a second generation electrician. Juan started in the trade working summers while still in high school for an electrical contractor in Houston Texas.
